Information submitted through the contact form

The contact form asks for a name, email address, and message. Wright Torres Group, LLC uses that information to review and respond to business, vendor, and platform-verification inquiries and to operate and protect the contact route.

Please do not submit medical, clinical, financial-account, or other sensitive personal information.

How the form works

The form is processed by a server-side function hosted on Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile processes a verification token and related technical signals to help screen automated abuse. After validation, the Gmail API places a plain-text notification in a monitored Google Workspace inbox. The submitted email address is preserved as the reply address.

The site does not maintain a separate contact-submission database or Google Sheet. Application logs are designed not to record submitted message content, email addresses, or raw IP addresses. A blocked request may create a limited security log containing a reason, a shortened IP hash, and safe verification-failure metadata.

Internal Google Ads API tool

The internal Google Ads API tool is not connected to this public website or its contact form. Its authorized inputs are limited to Google Ads account configuration and performance data, generic keyword-planning inputs, and public URLs for owned or explicitly authorized sites. The tool does not use contact-form submissions, protected health information, clinical records, private inquiry data, patient or client identifiers, or user-provided conversion data.

Retention and service records

Wright Torres Group has not established a separate website-submission retention schedule. Contact notifications remain subject to the Google Workspace mailbox settings and ordinary mailbox management. Vercel, Cloudflare, and Google may retain operational or security records under their respective service settings and practices.
